Architects/Designers

Architects can view construction scope of operations, participate in the approval process and confirm the percentage of completion and construction status. During the design process, they can communicate with the Client and post updated drawings for review.

Subcontractors/Vendors

Subcontractors enter invoices online, submit lien releases and check payment status. They can also submit requests for change orders, view the current bid board, receive project location details, owner-lender information and maintain their insurance information.

Estimators

Estimators prepare proposals, review plans submitted online by the architects, produce submittals, transmittals, and RFIs and invite vendors and process their bids online.

Project Managers
|

Project Managers post project directories, process and monitor commitments and contracts, review billing completion and application for payments. They can view and edit labor and construction status, meeting minutes, submittal and transmittal logs and safety issues.

Superintendents/Site Managers
|

Superintendents can view all commitments issued along with the scope of operations to be performed by each Subcontractor. They can monitor daily project activities, post project photos, view meeting minutes and process field authorizations and field generated scope changes.

Executive Managers

Executive Management is provided with a variety of analysis reports, including general conditions, labor analysis and job cost/profit.

Accounting
|
|
The Accounting Department has access to up to date contract costs, billings, payments and receivables.

|
System Administrators
|
|
Administrators can configure various custom options and can perform system maintenance functions. They can also respond to user feedback and review access logs.
